Love is patient, Love is Kind.

I preached last Sunday about how we share our faith in ways that are patient and kind (1 Corinthians 13).

The next day I went shopping at a new Home Store in Tucson, and giggled when I saw this pillow.

I saw it as a sign from God that sermons are to be not only preached in worship spaces, but lived out in the world.

I believe God is giving us signs of God's presence all the time.  The challenge is to see them.  This one was pretty clear.   It was the exact scripture I used the day before, it was in a commercial store, it all fit together.

It was a good reminder that words are to be lived.

So, I giggled and moved on for the day.

Watch for signs!
