Prayer Works!

Prayer may not get you what you ask for, want, feel you need.
It may not be the way to cure cancer or save the life of a loved one.
It may not bring you the winning lottery ticket or pass a test for which you didn't study.
It may not make that person love you, or stop hurting you.
Prayer may not make you taller or thinner or make your hair grow back.

But Prayer Works!

It puts you into a position where you can make a closer connection with God.  And from that position... who knows.... 

Maybe prayer only brings you closer to God.  What a great place to be.
