Spring has sprung here in Tucson.  The flowers are blooming on the floor of the desert and through many of its trees. 

It can be so beautiful.

And it can be so challenging for those of us with allergies.  The low-grade headaches seem constant, I'm extra sleepy, my nose itches and runs and sneezes, my inner ears itch, the roof of my mouth itches, the edges of my eyelids itch....  bleh.  It's overwhelming.

Every day ... most everything is like that... there's beauty and challenges all mixed together.  We just have to manage both, and not let the challenges block us from seeing and experiencing the beauty.

Some days are harder than others to make that happen.  Trust me, I know.  But I push myself to do so.... and soon, I'm better able to manage the challenges.
