OUCH!

It's tough not to worry.  Staying focused on what is at hand, and what you can do about what is at hand, will help keep you from worrying about what is to be, and what you can't do anything about.

It will also help you have more peace in the moment... which will help you deal with what is to come so much better.

It's not easy, but it's worth trying!
