Wednesday Greetings,
1 Corinthians 4:10
"We are fools for the sake of Christ..."
The Apostle Paul was humbled to live a life different from what was expected. In his time, people were encouraged to work hard, succeed, and enjoy the fruits of their labors. This was the core of who they were and what they were to be about in their lives.
Paul knew there was something deeper in life. Paul knew his life was to be lived in Christ. So he worked hard, succeeded, and enjoyed the fruits of his labors .... by making sure others knew the love of God in Christ. He was willing to look foolish so that God would look amazing. This was the core of who he was and what he was about in his life.
April Fools Day is coming up ....
Maybe it's a Christian holiday celebrating the way life can be lived....
