Wednesday Greetings,
April Fools' Day.....
1 Corinthians 4:10
"We are fools for the sake of Christ..."
The Apostle Paul writes to the Corinthians about how life-changing faith in Jesus as the Christ really is... he tells them that while the world's goals are for each of us to be strong, wealthy, popular, Christians are called to put God first, others second, and ourselves last. Paul reminds followers that our lives are to be lived for God's glory, not our own. How foolish to the rest of the world.
Paul reminds them of what really is important in life... Loving God, Loving neighbor, and loving self. Loving is the base of it all.
How foolish to the rest of the world. And yet how faithful to us who know Jesus to be the Christ.
