See from his head, his hands, his feet,
Sorrow and Love flow mingled down;
Did e're such love and sorrow meet,
Or thorns compose so rich a crown?

The words of this verse in the hymn, "When I Survey The Wondrous Cross" always ring loudly in my mind during Holy Week.

I can't help but humble myself before God, giving thanks for the sacrifice Jesus made on my behalf, the grace that was so amazing in his life, death, and resurrection.

I invite you to think on this verse.... until Sunday... when we sing:
"Jesus Christ is Risen Today, Alleluia!"
