God, we need you.  We need to know again that you are with us, not just above us, not just beyond us, not just waiting for us, but with us here, now, today. 

We need to know you are guiding us, revealing to us, correcting us, saving us, not just when we pass into the next Realm, but here, now, today.

God, we need to see you, feel you, know that you are real.  We need to know that we are not just lost in our own Exodus Wilderness, but being led by you, day and night, here, now, today.

Oh, and thank you for restful sleep at night while the world goes on, the beauty of the sunrise, the faith of others around us and who have gone before us, thank you for your Word, those stories of the Bible and faith that show us how you were with others...

Oh, thank you, God.  If you were with them, you must be with us, here, now, today.

We will trust you and in you.  We just need your help, here, now, today.
We love you God... and we hope we are with you, here, now, today.

In the name of Jesus of Nazareth, born in Bethlehem, the crucified, Risen Savior... the one whose whole life shows us you are with us here, now, today...
