Every!

It's not that everyone, every experience, every thought is something we HAVE to think about, to learn from .... it's just that we CAN....

When the difficult comes my way, I've been working on seeing the CAN not the HAVE to... it changes how I face what it is I have to face.  Sometimes I choose not to learn a lesson (of course, then the lesson comes at me in another way), but sometimes I'm just tired...
But more and more, I'm trying to see every .... thing... as something I get to learn from, through, with, because of.....

And just that shift in thinking helps me face the difficult stuff that brings good lessons.
