Ah, a change of scenery....

Sunday afternoon I drove up to Mt. Lemmon.  For those who don't know, Tucson is blessed to be so close to this natural wonder.  Living down in the valley of the desert, an hour's (at the most) drive up the mountain finds you in the pine trees and an elevation of 8,000 feet.  It's glorious!

It was cold and windy.  61 degrees on the mountain.  91 degrees in the valley.

I gained a whole new appreciation for life, for this area, for nature, for God.

And all it took was a change in scenery.

Sometimes you just have to force yourself to see life from another perspective.  There's more out there than what you are experiencing right now.

And if you can't change physical positions... then you have to change the scenery in your mind, get a fresh perspective, see beyond yourself.

You'll be amazed at how good it is for you.
